thought #1 Why Interdisciplinary Thinking Is Your Brand’s Secret Superpower

— and why hiring people who think across fields is the smartest move you can make right now.
Hi, I’m Andreea — designer, creative technologist, multimedia thinker and founder of NINA STUDIO. I don’t fit into one label — and that’s the point.

Because the most alive ideas happen in the in-between. Between disciplines, between formats, between what we expect and what surprises us.

Design today isn’t just about making things look good. It’s about how people feel when they come across your brand — how they scroll, stop, connect, share, remember. It’s about story, rhythm, space, identity, psychology and intuition — all working together, online and offline.

That’s what I bring. A way of working that blends creative instinct with real-world logic. A background that crosses design, media, sound, branding, art, and tech — and puts it all in service of something that feels honest and makes sense.
What does that mean if we work together?
It means you’re not hiring a single skillset. You’re getting someone who sees the whole ecosystem — and knows how to make every piece work toward your bigger picture.

Whether I’m building a visual identity, shaping content, crafting an experience, or helping launch something new — I approach each project with clarity, adaptability and care. I think in systems but I work with feeling.

And when more hands are needed? I have a network of brilliant people I trust — developers, illustrators, photographers, editors, coders. I only bring them in when it makes sense — no overhead, no over-promising, just the right crew for the right project.
In short: I believe in creative work that moves between mediums and moves people.
In a world that’s loud, fast and full of sameness, interdisciplinary thinking is what makes something stick. Not just scroll-past pretty but memorable, relevant and a little hard to define (in the best way).

If that sounds like what you’re looking for, let’s talk.
